Aspen Lakes Golf Club
Juniors can create new golf memories at the award winning Aspen Lakes Golf Course, located near Bend in Central Oregon.
Aspen Lakes Golf Course is a privately owned, public golf course in Sisters, Central Oregon. With incredible mountain views and unique red sand bunkers Aspen Lakes is a must for young golfers of all ages and abilities. Campers will enjoy the comprehensive practice facility featuring a 300 yard long driving range with grass tees and six target greens. There is also a practice bunker and chipping green, and a 7000 square-foot putting green. Aspen Lakes' practice facility is the perfect place for juniors to work on all aspects of the game from driver to irons to putter!
Camp Highlights:
- Action-packed camps include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
- A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)
Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers at the beginning of their journey and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Camps will cover golf fundamentals including posture, grip, putting, chipping, pitching, full swing and simple rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age to create a favorable and fun learning environment. Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate.

To be the best, you must learn from the best. That's why every junior golf camp instructor has been trained and tested in all aspects of the game by the PGA of America. Eliot Gouveia, PGA - Camp Director
Eliot was born on Maui and picked up golf in high school in Sacramento, CA. After high school he returned to Maui where he started in the golf business. In 2006 he became a PGA member and the Head Professional at the Wailea Blue Course. After several years he moved to Makena Golf Club where he spent his last 10 years on Maui. He has over 20 years teaching experience golfers of all levels from junior golfers to mini-tour players. He played in the PGA Professional Championship at Sunriver on his first trip to Central Oregon. He enjoyed the golf and outdoor activities Central Oregon had to offer and returned many times. Eventually he decided to make Bend home. In March of 2021 he started working for Aspen Lakes. He is passionate in teaching people how to get bet better and understands it can be a difficult game. He believes that patience and persistence combined with great fundamentals and the right attitude can take a golfer as far as he/she wants to go. Whether you are trying to be a scratch golfer or trying to break 100 he has the knowledge to help you get there.
